However pretty gutted tonight that after less than 5 months worth of use, the top zipper basically crumbled. Rains website states they have a 2-year warranty so hoping it’s covered under that. I have asked around at a half a dozen shoe/tailor shops and have been quoted at least the cost of a new bag to replace the broken zipper (or told that they couldn’t do it).
